“Login” button takes you to the page where you enter your Password to see your details and bid on properties – NOTE – to Log in you must be a registered user of the site.

“See All Properties” – takes you to a page where you can look at the properties on the site– any one can use this facility but you cannot bid on any properties unless you login (see above)

“Housing Options” – takes you to a page with details on other ways of finding housing and meeting housing need.

“This week’s advert and results” – takes you to a page where adverts for properties are stored.

“Languages” – takes you to a page where you can change the language the key information on the site is displayed in

“Contact Us”– takes you to a page where you can get details of how to contact us.

ACCESSIBILITY AND DISPLAY OPTIONS

The links at the top of the page let you change the size and colour layout of the site to suit your needs and move around the site quickly via the sitemap if this suits you.

Welcome to Home Connections

 
Enfield's Choice Based Lettings scheme

 

 

We use Home Connections to let homes that become available for renting in Enfield through the council or housing associations.

 

The scheme aims to give people on Enfield's Housing Register with enough points to be housed, more say in where they wish to live.

Available homes are advertised from Wednesday to Sunday each week on this website.

Council and housing association homes are let to those in greatest need. Each year, very few homes become available for letting. Please click "Housing Options" on the left for other ways to find a home more quickly.

In order to bid on any available properties, you need to be registered on Enfield's active Housing Register and have been given enough housing points to make a bid. You will also need a User ID number and PIN.

Your User ID and PIN are provided by Enfield Council's Housing Assessment Team. You will be told how many housing points you have and what size of home you have been assessed as needing. The number of housing points you have will reflect your particular circumstances and how long you have been on the Housing Register. If you have not received this information or have mislaid the details, please contact the Housing Assessment team on 0208 379 4377.
