Home Connections is a national choice based lettings service. Choice based lettings (CBL) gives you the choice when looking for a home and puts you in the driving seat. We believe that with more and better information, genuine options and alternatives to being homeless, people should be able to make decisions about what they want to do, aware of what happens when they make that choice.

If you are already registered you can bid for a home from your landlord through the internet, automated telephone or by text. The usual way to get to your local authority or housing association website is direct from their main website. We have provided this page as another way for you to get to where you want.

If you are a registered user your User ID and PIN numbers will only work for the borough or housing association(s) you are registered with.
